Over the past few months, the ISC collaborated with the UBC HR department to hold several webinars for experienced Workday users who perform HR tasks, such as managers and administrators. These sessions built on their existing knowledge of a topic or areas of Workday by sharing how to prevent errors, troubleshoot common issues and some helpful tips and tricks. Topics covered include Reasons and Impacts of Change Job, Absences and Time Off in Workday, Best Practices for Direct Hires and Hiring through a Job Posting.
